Professional Statement
Hello and thank you for your interest! I have grown through having served in a variety of therapeutic roles across levels of care including outpatient counseling, alternative education, therapeutic level fostering and ​individual and group counseling. I utilize interventions that combine , Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused-CBT, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, person-centered-therapy, MI, and play therapy to address trauma, anxiety, depression, parent-child difficulties, stress/adjustment, ADHD, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and individual development. I believe challenges can be bridges to peace and success.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I graduated from Liberty University with her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Marshall University with her Master’s in Counseling Psychology.
