Scheduling Appointments
To schedule your first appointment, please call our office at 724-221-6394. Our Clinical Scheduling Team will be available to assist you. As a part of the scheduling process, a clinical care coordinator will ask some basic information so we can know how to best serve you. Also if you are planning to use your insurance to pay for your sessions, let the scheduler know that and please have your insurance card easily accessible when you call. Please be assured that your call is completely confidential.
Your First Appointment
Before your first appointment, please complete the packet of information that is electronically sent to you. Failure to complete the paperwork before your visit will interfere with your office visit. Please bring your Photo ID and Insurance Cards with you. Your visit will be 45-60 minutes long and the first appointment will focus on completing an intake. This will help us get to know more about you and give us information about what services may best meet your needs. Please note that payments for services rendered are due at the time of service.
